Strapping is a delicate process that needs to be done carefully. A loose band here or an incomplete seal there defeats the purpose of strapping, i.e. making the package or box secure. A lot depends on picking up the right tool matching specific requirements. If the client wants to particularly strap round or irregular shaped objects then conventional strapping kits may not suit his purpose. Attractive features of P380

  • The device supports Polypropylene and Polyester strapping. Its one-handed operation by pressing a single button keeps the operator stress free.
  • Strap width ranging between 13.0-19.0 mm and thickness of 0.40-1.35 mm is permissible. The device is applicable on flat package size of 80 mm / 3.1″ and round package size of 2 x 70 mm / 2.7″ or 1 x 240 mm / 9.4″.
  • A major change from previous devices which makes P380 a preferred option is separating the feed wheel and the welder. In this version, the feed wheel has been moved behind the welder thus making the foot under strapping much smaller. This not only simplifies the strapping procedure but assures additional safety too.
  • With strap tension of 600 – 2000 N / 135 – 450 lbs, the tool guarantees very fast and accurate banding.
