The series comprises of tools that accept straps of different width ranging from 3/8” to 1-1/4”. What is New with the BXT3 Series?

The newest combination tool has an upgraded display with an elegant screen. You will always have all the information displayed on the screen so that you know that your poly strapping tool is doing. The BXT3 makes it even easier to adjust the tension from soft mode to standard mode, seal, weld, and instantly switch between manual and automatic modes.

Signode BXT2

The Signode BXT2 is BXT3’s predecessor that applies both PET and PP strapping using friction weld joint system. It features automatic weld function for faster strapping. The series comprises of different tools with different specifications of poly strapping and tensioning including:

  • BXT2 16: 3/8” to 5/8” poly strapping and generates 88 to 335 lbs (soft) and 200 to 500 lbs (standard)
  • BXT2 19: 5/8” to 3/4” poly strapping and generates 88 to 350 lbs (soft) and 260 to 880 lbs (standard)
  • BXT2 25/32: 1” to 1-1/4” poly strapping and generates 220 to 1,100 lbs (soft) and 551 to 1,430 lbs (standard)

Other Battery Tools

The grippack 114 tensioner, sealer and cutter from Signode is a battery powered steel strapping tool series. It is the only battery tool that accepts steel straps and is recommended for mid to heavy-duty applications. It is the perfect alternative to heavier pneumatic tools, providing high level of portability. It is a unique battery-run tool in that it can generate a staggering 1,500 lbs of tension and match its pneumatic counterparts in terms of power.

This series comprises of different tools for poly straps of different width ranging from 1/2 inch to 5/8 inch. The tool pulls up to 560 lbs of tension and provides all the advantages of Signode’s proven battery-run tools. The new combination tool is easier to use and faster, and is designed for increasing productivity. The legacy of The BXT2 is carried forward with the new Signode BXT3.

New Battery Technology

The new Signode BXT2 features the new Hypercharge Technology that charges 80% of the BOSCH battery within 15 minutes. It is designed for delivering high level of reliability, improved consistency, and cost-effective polyester and polypropylene strapping. This is a reliable tool that delivers maximum tension to the last cycle on the charge.
