The Signode Grippack Cutter is the only battery-run cutter for steel and plastic strapping in the market. The tool is capable of cutting effortlessly through even two steel straps of thickness 0.044 inch and width 1-1/4 inch. With the capacity to complete up to 240 cycles per charge, it is a powerful and high-performance cutter designed for improving productivity.

The Grip pack Cutter can be used in 2 different modes for different types of applications.

  • Non-Tensioned Strap Mode: This mode is suited for achieving maximum cutting speed.
  • Tensioned Strap Mode: This mode helps in improving the safety for the operator.

The steel strapping cutter has serrated jaws for holding one end of the strap after cutting. This helps you achieve single-hand operation. The operator will be able to stay out the way of the rebounding steel strap end.

  • The Grip pack 114 Tensioner can apply steel straps of width 3/4 inch (19mm) to 1-1/4 inch (32mm) and thickness 0.025 inch (0.64mm) to 0.031 inch (0.80mm). It can pull very high adjustable tension of 800 lbs (3,600N) to 1,500 lbs (6,670N), making it the strongest battery-powered steel strapping tool in the industry. It is a lightweight tool that weighs just 8.5 lbs.
  • The Grip pack 114 Sealer is also a battery-powered tool for accepting steel straps of same width and thickness. It applies a highly reliable double reverse notch joint and weighs just 8 pounds.
