How to Strap with PNSC2 Tool

Need an easy tool for rounds or odd applications? Go for the Signode PNSC-2 combination tool!

The PNSC-2 weighs about 9.5 pounds and has wide jaws and uses its duck bill nose to push the seal, and a feedwheel to pull tension everything in a combined action. The tool pulls about 700 pounds of tension to steel strapping. It is a great time saver and heavy loads get strapped very quickly and efficiently.

How to Use:

First the strap has to be threaded through the seal and the strap should be wrapped around the load. Then remove excess slack and pull the opposite end back through the seal over the top of the original strap. Hold the tool in one hand and strap with the other. User the lever to lift the foot and slide the strapping in. Slide the tool forward as far as possible to ensure tight tensioning. Press the button to start tensioning. Once desired tension is obtained, the tool will automatically shut off. Now press the sealing button to complete sealing and then the tool automatically stops the sealing process. Cut the strap with the tool and then release.

Being a relatively easy tool to operate, it has a two button control system. After every strapping cycle, the strap slides out easily. The PNSC-2 is very durable and can be relied on during heavy strapping loads. All the PNSC-2 tools are made of metal alloys are able to withstand extreme working conditions and have proven to be reliable.
